Very cozy place, each tables are very special and the atmosphere make you feel very confortable,all cuttleries and glassware are all the best brand and chosen with very fine taste. :
Bread : 3 kind of flavors all nomade and freshly baked
One is soft tomato flavor, one is like a danish with olives flavors and the other is a traditional French mini baguette that from the first bites made my travel back home🥖🇫🇷
Those breads are served with 4 kinds of butter and you know what ?…. All homemade by chef William 🤩
4 flavors : sea salt, seaweed, lobster and truffle

We’ve started with 3 amuse bouche all very fraîche and specials, big highlight on that Brussels sprouts which is very unique and to surprising

Never have such a fresh salmon in Beijing it’s melting in the mouth. The lemon and ginger cream is a perfect combinaison, such a great start !
鹅肝酱Duck liver confit 🦆
Very arty plate with as every small doté a different flavors, sweetness, acidity, crispiness all combined in a plate, such a délice. It came with an homemade brioche bread.

The spécial caviar box was also a great surprise, they are using one of the best caviar 9 years old, not salty at all just perfect, the pairing with the lobster meat, bisque and gelée is absolutely fantastic 🤩

As per tradition same as in France as it’s the mushroom season, Chef William prepared for us 2 specials, one with Cèpes just stored fried with a delicious sauce and an amazing consumé, the other one was a combinaison of celery root fresh shaved truffle and Girolles such a bomb of flavors I almost wet my pant 💣

This beef was just perfectly cooked, juicy as you like and tasty as expected, served with a red wine sauce my god!!! Chef please tell me your secret 🤩 side of mushroom and truffles was just heaven.

My friend went for the cod fish, I’m usually not a big fan of fish but of course I had to give a try and I was happy to do so, very fresh and perfumed cook with perfection the sauce and the sides are also very great

The pre dessert is one of the highlight, I do love coffee and when things are not too sweet, this one was just perfecte, a combinaison of 3 texture of coffee, jelly, cream and emulsion topped with a bit a crunchy crumble, damn I want another one right now !
Because I love exotic flavors I decided to go for that dessert combinaison of mango passion fruits and coconuts flavors, was perfect to end up that amazing meal helped me to end up with a sweet not too sweet note.
At this point I thought the dinner was done and no…Chef william prepared us 4 different kind of mignardise : mini double choco religieuse🍫, yuzu tart, lemon madeleine🍋and a Cannelé which is a speciality from Bordeaux eat close your eyes and feel France.

From arrival to departure our Maître d’hôtel Max and his team treated us so well, got introduction of every dish, nice recommendation for the wine and been treated like vip even tho we never came before. Thank you so much for such professionalism and warm service

As said in introduction that was my second time in Jing peninsula and can really notice a big improvement. Chef William is really amazing and doing an amazing job.
I will recommend for sure, and also will be back for sure (I already know what I’m gonna order )
