Having heard so much about this restaurant; eventually, I had an opportunity to dine in it yesterday. Even it is situated at the bustling street; the restaurant appears quite serenely due to the surrounded garden. Although the garden is not as exquisite as what I saw in Japan, it is rather above average in this town. When you stand in the hall, you may be impressed by the design of the graceful hall. It gives me an intense Japanese culture feel. Take off your shoes; go upstairs, you can find a cute elevator. Tempura is house special here; the first floor of this restaurant is especially for sushi. There is a hall on forth floor. Others seats are all for seven people. The environment and the design melt the completely thoughts of the restaurant, it is said the design and some materials are transported from Japan. Dine in here; you can feel you were in Japan. Tamago??温泉蛋, is famous in Japan, it is only cooked under a certain temperature. Tempura is the best dish in this restaurant. The chef was frying Tempura when we were eating. You’d better eat the Tempura which just be fried within one minute. Otherwise, you may taste different on the best flavor. The restaurant uses first-class frying oil (most likely it is safflower oil) , compare with Tokyo, we use sesame oil, it puts weight on you. 赤だし tastes. It is first time I had this taste after backing from Japan. Here has a home-made green tea ice cream. The unique flavor is made by superior Kyoto tea, specially made raw milk. I haven’t had this kind green tea ice-cream in Japan. It is so delicious.
