一直想来这家米其林一星餐厅. 终于提前订了周末的午餐,带爸妈过来吃. 爸妈不爱喝香港的煲汤所以没有点镇店名菜- 杏汁猪肺汤. 点了:是但(90)(另一道名菜.两个字的意思是随便,但菜很精致,一点也不随便):用蛋白炖各种海鲜(包括,虾,鱼,带子,鱿鱼,鸭肉,和咸蛋黄). 清淡却不失鲜美. 蟹粉小笼: 几乎是我在香港吃过最出色的,皮薄馅多,而且蟹粉很满,一口咬下去,满口都是蟹黄的味道. 13元一只的价格非常亲民.素菜交(9/个): 里面的素菜切的很细 ,很新鲜.鲜虾麸皮卷(32): 虾很大很新鲜,不过麸皮略为炸得有点过头. 鲍汁凤爪(38): 我不吃的,不过爸妈说味道很好,煮得很透很入味. 虾交(13): 反而一般.燕窝流沙包(18/个): 又一道名菜,有点失望.既没吃出燕窝,也不过流沙.单个点心可以论个叫(最少两只): 这个很人性化. 茶位颇贵(16/人)。前菜小碟索价20/碟,可以不叫。环境不错,我们做在大鱼缸旁边,看看五颜六色的热带鱼,品着精致的点心,颇为惬意。 服务一般。对熟客比较热情。

This is one of my favourite bakery in HK. Been to city super IFC branch more often than Times Square. All bread were freshly baked and with good quality. Price is a bit high but worth the money. French bread is my favorite, also favorite of my mum.

团购了优惠券(说是半价130,其实也就是7折,另外按原价加一)带老妈去吃。店子位于铜锣湾的一栋旧楼里,不过由于刚开不久,装潢简洁簇新,位子的格局也颇为宽敞,环境还不错,还有不少卡位。事先订了周日晚上730的位子,团购的好处是没有时间限制(否则有2个小时的时间段)。服务也还不错。下单上菜速度都可以,而且几乎没有漏单。食物种类还算丰富,虽然都是大路货色,不过也算物有所值。 刺生有8种三文鱼(厚切),鲍鱼,芥辣八爪鱼不错,吞拿鱼不够新鲜。天妇罗虾很大很新鲜,不过裹的粉厚了些。烧老虎虾也不错,很大,不过有两只不太新鲜。芝士年糕很特别是串烧中最好吃的。沙律有两种,都不错,开胃消食。雪糕:有芝麻,绿茶,巧克力,曲奇。芝麻最好吃,味道很浓。饮料畅饮。最后吃了3个小时,撑死了,晚上熬到很晚消化。应该算性价比挺高,但是一次就够了,下次应该不会暴饮暴食了。

it's drink organized and treated by promoted colleagues!The decoration of the restaurant is a bit fancy, modern but classical. All the table setting is in casual and comfortable way. With light music, it's place easy for mingle, hangout and chat. There's semi-open room at the end of the lounge. To reserve for the room, there's min spending of $3000 but exempted if more than 25 guests. Colleagues choose to organize large group to waive the min spending, which turned out to be unwise strategy. Cocktails price ranges 90-150. No happy hour! Not cheap price even in LKF. No virgin cocktail on the menu but can tailor made upon request. I got virgin mohito, flavor not bad but just too much ice. Drink list has not much variety. Snack food quality is average. Tried fried chips, American style. fried squid/chicken is slightly better but too oily. Service is a bit chaos. I waited almost 20min to wait my drink and has no drink at hand for the toast (a bit awkward). What's more, the waiter/waitress just took away my drink when I finished just half even without asking me, which forced me to order 2nd drink. Ridiculous.

中环吃午饭已经是一件令人头疼的事。和同事吃饭决定了这家新开的越南菜。 地方在兰桂芳的楼上铺,不太好找,要爬两层楼梯。店子不大,只有一张两人桌,其他都是吧台高凳。老板是个中年外国夫人,自然顾客中不少鬼佬帮衬。lunch set 有两种,2course 78, 3 course (including drinks) 88. 我们都挑了3 course. appetizer:分别选了fried spring roll/rice paper roll, spring roll 很一般,反倒是rice paper roll 很不错,有大大的鲜虾,配上米纸卷,沾上特制的花生酱清淡爽口。 生牛肉河还行,不过我觉得河粉分量太多,汤太少了。牛肉用的是新鲜鲜牛肉,如果是薄切更佳。lime sode 调的刚刚好。服务其实不错。不过一个小细节令同事极为不爽,首先账单直接四舍五入为200 (应该是加一后193.6),同事不服气问店主,店主客气的解释会找钱,我们付了200waiter没有任何找钱的意思。其实他找给我们我们也会留作小费,但是这种做法却是有些不妥(如果店家这么care零钱,索性标价90+10%)。这种细节其实反映的店家的诚信度,一下就感觉打了折扣。
