刚学会了拼音输入法，试试用中文写点评。早前听到朋友介绍这里不错，于是跟同事一行7人去试试。装修不算特别，但尚算简洁卫生。锅底点了鸳鸯，麻辣那边觉得不够辣（但吃完才知道可以加辣，笨！）我们差不多将菜牌上好吃的东西都点过，水准基本上都可以，新鲜，卖相也整齐。但我最喜欢的西川腊肉它没有卖。这里也欠些下酒小吃，如夫妻肺片和口水鸡等，有的话更好。大概吃了二十个菜，喝了十多瓶啤酒，共五百多，OK，比在拱北关口便宜很多，打车去吃也划算。下次会再去。

So glad that before I left SH, my best friend pay me for a dinner there.The view of the restaurant is really magnificent, you can see the panaramic view of the Bund and Huang Pu jiang. It is particularly good at the night time when you can take very good photos outside the balcony.Tables are a little bit too congested. You can always hear what people next to you are talking about.The price is not cheap but still affordable, starters for 1 something, main course around 200 and wines are from 300 up.Service is good also. Waiters are multi-lingual and of presentable manner.The only thing which is not very good is the taste of food. We have out of 3 starters, 3 main courses & 2 desserts, 3 of them are not satisfactory, failing rate over 30%, below average.To conclude, I consider it is a place for bringing visitors to instead of being a gathering place for locals or working expats.
Not acceptable!The so-called Japanese beef is not fresh and turned darked already. I am sure they are using the expired chilled beef and re-freeze if for re-sale.This kind of beef is not good for health. In fact, the juice from beef has lost during defrost and re-frozen. It tastes dried although not completed deterioated.Tongues are slight better but not the best part. Indeed they cut the tongues too thin, only around 2-3mm. The common standard shall be 5-7mm.For the internal organs, intestine and stomach, they are very chewy with the taste of shit. Probably they haven't clean the shit throughoutly.My comment to it is "below average".
I went there for lunch on its grand opening day to see if there was any good stuff or discount.It was so bad the food. 水煮鱼，a complete failure. Tastness and over-cooked, taste like shit.粉蒸肉，a complete faliure either. Meat was dried and very salty to the extent you could not put in mouth.甚么樟茶鸭, a failure too. Although texture of meat is soft, it did not have the taste of smoke which is the essence of this dish.Fried veg. and dumplings, acceptable because they are simple.For this price, you don't need to go there at all. Again I will say the best 四川菜 in this area is still 蜀府 which became my canteen, once a week almost.
Having heard about it for quite some times, I went there for lunch yesterday.Unlike the first 2 weeks of its grand opening, there were not too many people even in the peak lunch hour. We found a table straightaway.3 of us ordered a set lunch plus a fish head. Everything is fine but no impressive. Spicy level has been adjusted to suit locals and it was so hot as expected. I could eat all of the food ordered. Size of dishes were large and we ate only 2/3. Price was cheap below 150 for 3 persons. OK for ordinary lunch.
