Blue Frog (Chengxi) were particularly gracious in offering a meal for a group of eight, some of whom had not returned after previously being dissappointed.
True they knew we were coming, but the store staff was the regular team with Sabrina at the helm.
Service stood out, and last night, everyone was particularly impressed by Terry who remembered what items went where, was very attentive, had excellent communication and a great attitude.
Three little things to look at: Salmon was overdone - but saved by the sauce. If 8 people are sharing 4 different types of desserts, maybe they need individual plates to eat from.
Salad would be great to have serving/mixing utensils. Snack platter should come with sauces/dips/more lemon. Most people still didn't like the balsamic on the cheesecake THOUGH it goes well with the strawberries - maybe consider substituting this fine dining drizzle for something more ordinary.
